| GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS :– |

| A booking contract is between the client and our company, Sunrise Tours & Safaris. The contract is valid once the company has confirmed the booking in writing to the client. | ||
| Definition :– | ||
| Client: | The person who accepts the booking, on behalf of himself, and persons under his authority, if such booking is not done through a travel agency, which means that all are bound by the booking conditions as if they had individually made the applications themselves. | |
| The travel agency who places or accepts a booking for any person or company with Sunrise Tours & Safaris. | ||
| PAYMENT POLICY :– | |
| >> | A non-refundable deposit of 20 % of the total tour price is due once the booking is confirmed in writing by Sunrise Tours & Safaris. |
| >> | The balance has to be paid 30 days before departure. |
| >> | Bookings made within 6 weeks prior to departure have to be paid in full upon receipt of a confirmation and an invoice. |
| >> | Documents will be released only upon receipt of full payment. |
| CANCELLATION POLICY :– | ||
| >> | Cancellation of a booking must be done in writing. | |
| >> | Upon receipt of the written cancellation the following charges will apply :– | |
| > | Up to 30 days prior to departure - Deposit forfeited | |
| > | 29 - 7 days prior to departure - 50% of the total fare forfeited | |
| > | 6 - 3 days prior to departure - 75% of the total fare forfeited | |
| > | 2 - 0 days prior to departure - 100% of the total fare forfeited | |
| TOUR PRICES :– | |
| >> | Current tour prices as listed are subject to alterations without prior notice. |
| >> | Rates could be adjusted to variations in the exchange rate, VAT or fuel price increases. |
| RESPONSIBILITY :– | |
| >> | Neither Sunrise Tours & Safaris( the Company) , its staff associates, nor any person or agent acting for, through or on behalf of the Company shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever and without restricting the generality of the foregoing shall particularly not be responsible for loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions contained in its brochure or other literature, loss or damage caused delays, sickness, theft, injury or death. |
| ALTERATIONS TO TOURS :– | |
| >> | The right is reserved to change any routes, hotels or arrangements set forth in itineraries should conditions make it necessary. The right is also reserved to decline, accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time. |
| DELAYS AND CHANGES TO SCHEDULE :– | ||
| >> | The company shall reserve the right to change any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. airlines not running on schedule, road conditions, weather, mechanical breakdowns, accidents and political instability) beyond the control of Sunrise Tours & Safaris. | |
| >> | The company will try to provide an adequate alternative, but will accept no liability whatsoever. | |
| – BY THE CLIENT :– | ||
| >> | In case the client changes the itinerary at his own request, the company shall try to accommodate him, but may charge an amount as per cancellation fees mentioned above. This would apply subject to a new quotation, which will be requested by the client in writing. | |
| INSURANCE :– | |
| >> | You must take out comprehensive travel insurance cover when paying your deposit, to cover you for cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal baggage, emergency evacuation and money. |
