| GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS :– | |
| A confirmed booking is a contract between the client and Kaliombo Hunting Safaris. Such contract is valid only once the booking has been confirmed in writing by the company to the client. | |
| Definitions :– | |
| Booking | A reservation which is done personally or by a client’s travel agency. |
| Client | The individual, together with the other members of the party, on whose behalf the booking is made, be it by a travel agency or in person. |
| PAYMENT POLICY :– | |
| >> | A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total hunt price is due once the booking is confirmed in writing by Kaliombo Hunting Safaris. |
| >> | The balance has to be paid 30 days before departure. |
| >> | Bookings made within the 6 weeks prior to departure have to be paid in full (no deposit) upon receipt of a confirmation and an invoice. |
| >> | Documents will be released only upon receipt of full payment. |
| CANCELLATION POLICY :– | ||
| >> | Cancellation of a booking must be done in writing. | |
| >> | Upon receipt of the written cancellation the following charges will apply :– | |
| > | Up to 30 days prior to arrival - Deposit forfeited | |
| > | 29 - 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total tour price forfeited | |
| > | 6 - 3 days prior to arrival - 75% of the total tour price forfeited | |
| > | 2 - 0 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total tour price forfeited | |
| HUNT PRICES :– | |
| >> | Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. |
| >> | Rates could be adjusted as a result of variations in the exchange rate, Government taxes or fuel price. |
| ITINERARY CHANGES :– | |
| >> | The company reserves the right to change any hunt due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. airlines not running on schedule, road conditions, weather, mechanical breakdowns, and/or accidents) outside the control of Kaliombo Hunting Safaris. |
| >> | The company will try to provide an adequate alternative, but will accept no liability whatsoever |
| ITINERARY CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT :– | |
| >> | In the event the client requests the itinerary to be changed, the company will try to accommodate him/her, but may charge up to the cancellation fees. |
| >> | This is subject to a new quotation, which will be given to the client in writing. |
| AUTHORITY ON THE HUNT :– | ||
| >> | The decision of the hunting guide will be final on all matters likely to endanger the safety and well-being of the hunter(s). | |
| >> | The client must at all times comply strictly with the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of countries visited. | |
| > | Should the client be found in breach of the law, customs or foreign exchange regulations, or should the client be a nuisance to the group, the guide may order the client to leave the tour without the right of refund. | |
| > | The client shall be obliged to make his/her way home at own expense and responsibility. Kaliombo Hunting Safaris cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever. | |
| ACCIDENTS
:–
All clients are required to sign an indemnity to the following effect : |

| >> | Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of all persons participating on the hunt, the Client, his/her heirs, dependents, agents, executors or their assignees, irrevocably waive any rights which they may have to claim any form of compensation for any damages which they may suffer due to injury or death during, or at any time after the hunt, from Kaliombo Hunting Safaris. |
| >> | Kaliombo Hunting Safaris accepts no responsibility for death, injury or loss suffered by hunt participants from any cause whatsoever. |
| >> | The client indemnifies Kaliombo Hunting Safaris from any and all claims of whatsoever nature against them. |
| HEALTH :– | |
| >> | It is the client's obligation to ensure that he/she is medically fit and able to embark on the tour. Anti-malaria precautions should be commenced prior to departure and clients should bring insect repellents on tour. |
| PASSPORT AND VISAS :– | |
| >> | The client must ensure that passport and visas are valid for the countries visited. Kaliombo Hunting Safaris will not be held liable should a passenger be refused entry into any country for any reason. |
| INSURANCE :– | |
| >> | Travel and cancellation insurance is compulsory on all Kaliombo Hunting Safaris. It is the responsibility of the client to take insurance prior to commencement of travel. |
